What is Night Shift Differential?
Employees working between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM are entitled to additional compensation.
Night Differential Rates:
- Ordinary working day: +10% of hourly rate
- Rest day / Special day: +10% of applicable rest day rate
- Regular holiday: +10% of applicable holiday rate
Example:
Hourly Rate: ₱76.25
Night Diff (8 hours): ₱76.25 × 0.10 × 8 = ₱61.00 additional pay
